Donatucci is a 2008 16.3 h Oldenburg Gelding by Donatelli x Contucci.
Successfully competed to I-1. Tucci is safe and suitable for a Para rider- to a Pro rider. Donatucci has earned scores into the 70's from training level to the FEI level and has the movement and talent to show in the CDI arena.
Kind, Sociable, Sweet
Donatucci has always been a barn favorite. He is always willing to greet you when you walk by his stall or out in the pasture. Donatucci Has been barefoot for most of his life & has excellent feet. no injuries, sickness or colic. in the spring of 2017 he had to have his right eye surgically removed due to a rare infection in his cornea from debris getting into it, we opted to have a "fake eye" put in so his face structure will not change, he's just winking at you all the time ;-). There is very little change in him from this and is still great at shows and is turned out with other horses.
Trainable, Willing, Talented
Donatucci schools baby piaffe & passage, a few 1 tempi’s but is best suited for the small tour. He has shown to I-1 and has also shown in Para Dressage. He has enough talent for the International arena in small tour and enough safety for a AA, Young Rider or Para Rider. He is safe on trails & at new places. Tucci is a more forward horse, so you need to be able to ride a good half halt. He can tend to be heavy in the hand but is also capable of being light when half halts are used correctly. Loves being schooled in a bitless bridle but is mostly ridden in a double.
